Kellar finally got the first round of his h1n1 vaccinations, whew! I’m sure finding the 2nd shot will be as hard as it was getting him the 1st, but at least we do have some “immunity” to it now hopefully. I’ve still been pretty much keeping Kellar in as much as possible, we have ventured to eat a time or two but daycare and stores are still not even on our radar at the moment, maybe after this week passes and it’s been 2 weeks since the shot I’ll get braver. I’m sure some probably think that not only me but other parents are nuts for getting our children vaccinated with such a “new” vaccine, but I made the decision that I felt was best for my child, just as I chose to get him the “new” seasonal vaccine, yes that’s right it’s new from year to year as well. There are lots of things that truly baffle me when it comes to vaccinations and the choices that some make but that’s a whole nother post all together. I am sooooo ready for Christmas to get here! I have been looking online at tickets for the Polar Express train ride, I think that will be lots of fun if I can plan it around Joeys work schedule. Still notta lot going on round here but we love it!
